The Cartier La Dona W6400701 women’s watch is an excellent watch for a women who is looking for something supremely elegant and refined, that also happens to tell the time.  This beautiful timepiece looks more like a stunning bracelet than a watch, and I’m sure it would make a great addition to any wardrobe.

This watch has an interesting trapezoid shape that is fairly uncommon in the watch world.  It’s made using 18K rose gold for the case, with a polished finish.  It’s water resistant up to 30 meters, which makes it suitable for wear when you’re washing your hands, if it’s raining outside or even during light, recreational swimming.  This timepiece has a closed screw in case back.  The dial is silver, with blue steel hands and black Roman numeral markers.  The band is a bracelet style, made from 18K rose gold. It’s 12 mm wide and 6 inches long, with a hidden double folding clasp.

This watch has such a classic elegant design you could really wear it with anything, like your favorite bracelet.  Its water resistance really makes it perfect for every day wear, you’ll never have to worry about whether your watch will be safe throughout your day to day activities.  I love how easy it is to read this timepiece too, there isn’t anything distracting you from being able to read the time quickly and efficiently.

This watch is over $17,000, which is more than some people want to spend on their watch.  If the price is no object for you, the Cartier name does come with the assurance that this product is backed by a major label that has spent many years building up its impeccable reputation.  Another potential drawback is also one of the things I like so much about it, which is the style.  If you’re in the market for a very simple piece that looks more like your favorite jewelry than a watch, this really is a great choice for you. Conversely, if you were hoping to find a watch that would really stand out on it’s own as a eye-catching timepiece, you may want to look into other options.
