Cartier is known for its beautiful and luxurious watches. If you are looking for a watch that is a status symbol renowned around the world, then Cartier is your brand. One of their most prestigious lines is the Ballon Bleu line that encompasses all of the Cartier signatures in a modern style. The Cartier Ballon Bleu W6900556 is one of these exceptional pieces.

Formed with solid 18k white gold, the W6900556 is a watch that is made to impress. The crown – also in 18k white gold – is topped with a cabochon-shaped spinet in sapphire. The well-thought out details like this are what make the Cartier watches so desirable. Cartier placed a silver opaline dial with Roman Numerals to help you keep time.  The Ballon Bleu is another watch that showcases the blue sword shaped hands and these look stunning against the silver dial and white gold.   The case is 37mm in diameter and completely circular. A Sapphire crystal scratch-resistant window protects the dial. While the watch is not made to be worn during heavy work, it should withstand every day wear and tear to still look remarkable at red carpet events. The crystal is slightly domed, as is the back, to add to the Ballon Bleu’s look. Cartier brought this watch together with a black leather strap that includes a decorative crocodile pattern. The Ballon Bleu retails for $15,300.  This is not a watch that anyone can purchase easily.
