Cartier Watches Tank Americaine WB707331 Women’s Watch is one of the most celebrated of Cartier’s designs.  The Tank is a legendary work of art and has been interpreted in many different ways.  This version is encased in 18 carat white gold and the crown, as well as the bezel are set with brilliant diamonds.   The dial is covered with a scratch resistant Sapphire crystal and is presented in white with the addition of blue indicator hands to mark the hours.  Cartier Watches Tank Americaine WB707331 is reminiscent of the earliest Tank pieces that were released back in 1917, but this model is definitely more contemporary and modern.   The timeless design is still evident, but with a twist.  Cartier Watches Tank Americaine WB707331 is paired with a sophisticated satin bracelet.
